Graduated from Tourism Entreprises Management, with the specialty in Food and Beverages, he has always being in touch with the culinary world and discovers his passion for the wine. For him, the wine means everything: history, geography, culture, art, coexistence and enjoyment.

Since then, he has dabbled in the fascinating world of wine, achieving different diplomas and certifications.
Currently, he is a Certified Sommelier by “The Court of Master Sommeliers” & Level 2 Award by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET).
