Graduated from “Los Angeles Mission College” in Los Angeles, California, in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management.
Between 2004 and 2006 he worked as “Chef de Partie” in renowned hotels, restaurants and cooking schools in Mexico and the United States such as Hyatt, Hilton, P6 and “The Inn Of The 7th Ray”, a famous vegan restaurant in Santa Monica, California. After two excellent years with the most renowned chefs, Miguel had the opportunity to work as a Chef in an Asian-American and French fusion cuisine. He also participated in the “International Gourmet Festival” that takes place every year in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
It was in 2008 that Miguel decided to start his own company “Saborearte”, dedicated to teaching courses, classes, workshops and consultancies related to veganism and raw foods, he also works to raise awareness to avoid any kind of suffering to animals. He is currently co-founder and executive chef of the company PLANET VEGAN MEXICO, and has dedicated himself to the dissemination of vegan philosophy through its spectacular gastronomy.
