Chef Instructor of intermediate and fine pastry at the University IEU 2012 – 2013. Activities: planning, correction and application of classic and contemporary pastry recipes, in theoretical and practical classes. Collaborator of elaboration of threads of kings for Municipal DIF 2013.
Chef of Chocolates Wolter (Quetzalli). 2015 – (Currently working) Activities: Responsible for the production of chocolate and table, recipe development and formulation of chocolate, tasting instructor and chocolate pairing. Outstanding achievements during this period. World bronze medal at the International Chocolate Awards – Americas 2016.
Founded in 1958 by a German immigrant, Dr. Otto Wolter, Wolter Chocolates is currently one of the factories with the greatest tradition in Tabasco and producer of one of the finest Mexican chocolates.
