Passionate, young and enthusiastic chef from Mexico City, who discovered the art of Mexican cuisine from a very young age, paying special attention to detail and creating an approach of excellence to each of the high quality cuts he prepares.

The gastronomic group Sonora Grill has been his home for almost three years in which he has been able to consolidate and perfect his technique, offering diners an unforgettable culinary experience. Currently, he is a Sous Chef at the Prime branch of Playa del Carmen.
