Chef Adrian Herrera learn by his own hand the art of cooking after being a cattle rancher and a sculptor. He changed the workshop for the kitchen and in 2005 he opened his first restaurant “La Fonda San Francisco” and continued his trayectory as restaurant owner with the opening of “El Paso del Norte” and later “Chef Herrera”. The three of them in Monterrey, Mexico.
Awarded with the “Distinción Boohemia” as “Best Chef of the City” and nominated as “Best New Restaurant” by Travel & Leisure’s Gourmet Awards.
His appearance as jury in TV program Master Chef Mexico catapulted him to the ranks of Celebrity Chef, but his fame has also been built due to his books and as an editor of Grupo Milenio.
